Description

This is my last tiger painting and I chose the dark background to enhance the beauty of the tiger in the evening sunlight.
An oil painting usually takes between 30-50 hours or even more, depending on the size. It’s due to many layers of the paint that need to dry in between the painting sessions. The tiger paintings are especially time-insensive because of the fur which is being painted almost “hair by hair”.
